Tattoo Deposit Policy
When scheduling an appointment for a tattoo and reserving my time, it guarantees that specific time and date requested. All other inquiries for this block of time will be turned away to guarantee that block of time for you. Please be absolutely certain about your tattoo ideas and your availability for the appointment day and time that we agree on.
Collaboration on Dustin’s availability and the tattoo design will not take place until your $200 deposit is paid via CashApp.
- $200 deposit is required for each appointment. Please do not send more than the $200 deposit.
- Deposits are NO longer applied toward the price of your tattoo. Unfortunately, Dustin needs to protect himself from people that are unreliable due to huge losses of designing time and loss of work.
- Deposits are always Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable.
- Deposit will only be applied toward the specific design and placement that is originally described by my client. Any significant changes to the original design will result in losing the deposit and a new deposit would be required to continue with a new design. This is due to designs taking a very long time to create and an artist would need to be compensated in that event. Also, deposit credit may not be applied to another person.
- Deposit may be lost if the client is 20 minutes or later to the appointment. Regardless of timeliness, the client will be charged beginning at the start of the appointment time.
- Dustin requires at least 5 days notice of appointment cancellation in order to keep your deposit in good standing. The deposit will be lost if the appointment is canceled in less than 5 days notice. This is required because Dustin would need time to refill your canceled block of time with someone else.
- Every appointment is allowed one free reschedule if the proper 5-day notice is given. The deposit would be lost if this appointment is canceled more than once. Please be sure to reschedule the canceled appointment within 90 days of the original appointment.
